We create or amend their CV for future purposes. Brainstorming and guiding them through their personal profiles and skills and qualities.
Register HereThe programme offers each young person the support of a youth coach, development of a personalised action plan, which maps out career goals as well as employability, work experience through volunteering and careers advice and continued support for up to 6 months.
This program is open to any young person aged 16 – 19 and Not in employment, education or training;
Each Young Person will receive life skills, such as improved communication, inter-personal skills, and self-esteem. Every Young Person will be supported by the Youth Coach in the following areas:
Every Young Person will also be placed in a 4 week volunteering placement, minimum of 16 hours per week. The work placement will be in sectors/industries you would like to learn more about and gain experience inhe placement encourages community engagement, in-work experience and assists with personal development.
Additions include a minimum of 1 one-to-one meeting/group/telephone call every 4 weeks, for up to 6 months after entering employment, education or training.
